- Please notify YourOnline within three (3) working days if the goods you receive are incorrect or unsatisfactory.
- Goods returned after seven (7) days will carry a minimum 10% handling fee.
- All returned products are subject to inspection by YourOnline before a refund or an exchange will be processed.
- No goods will be accepted for return after 30 days.
- Goods will only be accepted for return and refund in their original unopened packaging, or a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
- Unsealed software products, software subscriptions, electronic software downloads and electronic voucher downloads, YourOnline gift vouchers, and in-ear products may not be returned to YourOnline and are not eligible for refunds.
- Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot refund or exchange in ear AirPods and/or ear pods (except on manufacturing faults/faulty products).
- After the returned product has been inspected and your return form has been validated, we will credit your account with the product's purchase price within 10 to 14 working days of YourOnline receiving the return.
- Special and/or custom orders are not returnable.
