Returns:
- Please notify YourOnline within one (1) working days if the goods you receive are incorrect.
- Goods returned after two (3) working days will carry a minimum 25% handling fee.
- All returned products are subject to inspection by YourOnline before a refund or an exchange will be processed.
- No goods will be accepted for return after two ( 3 ) working days.
- Goods will only be accepted for return and refund in their original unopened packaging, or a restocking fee of 25% will apply.
- Unsealed software products, software subscriptions, electronic software downloads and electronic voucher downloads, YourOnline gift vouchers, and in-ear products may not be returned to YourOnline and are not eligible for refunds.
- Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot refund or exchange in ear AirPods and/or ear pods (except on manufacturing faults/faulty products).
- After the returned product has been inspected and your return form has been validated, we will credit your account with the product's purchase price within 10 to 14 working days of YourOnline receiving the return.
- Special and/or custom orders are not returnable.
- When shipping products back to YourOnline, please ensure that they are carefully packed in protective materials. The order number and return address should be clearly visible on the package. YourOnline will not be held liable for any damages that occur during shipping. We recommend insuring the return shipment for added protection.
- If an order is cancelled by the customer within 30 Minutes, before it has left YourOnline, then a full refund including delivery charges will be issued. If the order has been processed, collected or despatched and on route to the customer then their will be no refund.
Replacements:
All products sold by YourOnline are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty, which is valid for a minimum of one year from the date of order, unless otherwise stated. Certain products may come with extended manufacturer warranties, and we fully honour these warranties as well.
If you encounter a faulty item, please contact us, and we will guide you through the return process. In such cases, the customer is responsible for arranging the shipment of the faulty item back to YourOnline, but we will cover the return shipping costs to send the item back to you.
In the unlikely event that a product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you at no extra cost. YourOnline will cover the shipping costs both ways, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. Once the faulty hardware has been collected and booked into the workshop, it will be assessed & tested. If the hardware is faulty due to electrical surge, spike or water damage then the warranty will be void. You will also be liable for the courier cost & assessment fee / assessment report.
